I went to the SIA Executive Forum expecting to talk to potential customers. I left with something much bigger: a realization that the staffing industry is entering a "collaboration era."

While the industry is buzzing about the "SaaSpocalypse"—the idea of AI erasing traditional roles—John and Ursula reminded us that turbulence isn't new. Volatility is our history.
