Our story
We lived the chaos from every angle.
Staffing agencies, health systems, per-diem pools, distributed field crews. We have run workforce operations from all of them, and every system we touched had one thing in common. The technology made the job harder, not easier. It was always built for administrators and compliance teams, never for the people actually doing the work. So we stopped waiting for someone else to fix it, and built Mach 1 as a rogue experiment inside a staffing firm, designed from day one for the people on the ground.
