The right worker, on the right shift, at every site.
Mach 1 ranks your entire pool for every open shift — skills, certifications, distance, reliability, performance history — so the best available worker gets the invite first, your fill rates climb without adding recruiters, and your most valuable people stay busy and stay yours.
How does Mach 1 help light industrial staffing agencies fill shifts across multiple sites?
For every open shift, Mach 1 screens your pool against hard qualification gates, then scores the qualified workers on configurable factors and sends offers in ranked waves, so the best available worker hears first. Geofenced clock-in confirms who was on site, and paper timesheets from crews without phones are read and reviewed instead of hand-keyed.
What makes light industrial hard to staff.
Filling Isn't Matching
Whoever answers the phone first gets the shift — not the person with the right cert, the best track record, or the shortest drive. Fill rates look fine while quality quietly leaks.
Crews Across Sites
You staff distributed crews across job sites, where not everyone carries a phone and a lot of it still comes back on paper.
Your Best People Drift
Top performers who don't get consistent hours go work for someone who will. Nobody sees it coming until they're gone.
Built to put the best match on every shift.
A matching engine, not a call list
Every open shift ranks your whole pool on configurable factors — skills, certifications, distance to site, reliability, performance history at that client. Weighted your way, per market.
Qualification gates first
Hard requirements screen before anyone gets ranked: certifications, restrictions, schedule conflicts. Unqualified workers never surface, so compliance isn't a spot-check.
Performance that compounds
Completed shifts, on-time arrivals, and reliability feed back into the rankings automatically — recalculated nightly. The engine gets smarter about your pool every single week.
Keep your best people busy
Reliability and burnout signals flag who's at risk of drifting before they leave. Your top performers are made visible for consistent scheduling — and you can see, per worker, who your bench really is.
GPS-validated clock-in
Field workers are verified at the location when they clock in, without depending on consistent device use. A real record of who was on site, even with distributed crews.
Paper timesheet sync
Crews in the field still run on paper. Capture timesheets by phone camera and let OCR pull per-day hours and breaks straight into billing. No re-keying, no lost slips.
We connect your stack. We don't replace it.
Deep, two-way ATS integration
Custom adapters built for any system, so records stay in sync both ways.
Your payroll provider stays
Validated time exports clean to your payroll. Nothing gets torn out.
No rip and replace
We come to your terrain, learn the stack you run, and build on the ground.

Light Industrial Staffing: common questions.
How does Mach 1 decide who gets offered a shift first?
Qualification gates run first: job category, required certifications, tools, schedule conflicts, and approved time off remove anyone who cannot work the shift. The remaining workers are scored on weighted factors that each agency can tune, and offers go out by score, highest tier first.
What if our crews do not carry phones or still use paper timesheets?
Workers with phones clock in on the app, and a clock-in outside the site's geofence is rejected. Where paper is the source of truth, photographed or scanned timesheets are uploaded to Mach 1 Sync, AI reads the hours and breaks, and a reviewer approves them, so nothing is re-keyed.
Do we have to replace our ATS or payroll provider?
No. Your ATS stays the system of record, integrations are scoped and built for the systems you run, and approved time exports for your existing payroll provider.
Seen enough?
