How does Mach 1 fill an open shift?
Qualification gates run first: required certifications, schedule conflicts, and approved time off remove anyone who cannot work the shift. The remaining workers are scored, and offers go out in ranked waves, each with an expiry. Workers accept or decline from the mobile app, and shifts still open close to start time surface on an at-risk board.
Can workers swap shifts or start an ad-hoc shift themselves?
Yes. A worker proposes a swap from the mobile app, the other worker accepts or counters, and a supervisor approves it. Swaps pass the same credential check as any other assignment. Workers can also start an ad-hoc shift from the field, with the times recorded at clock-out.
Does it connect to the ATS we already run?
Yes. Mach 1 is an Approved Bullhorn Developer Partner. Scheduled shifts push into Bullhorn at the job level, and booked and worked shifts, including clock times and hours, push at the placement level. For other systems, each integration is scoped and custom built for your stack, so your ATS stays the system of record.
